03Engineering design & drafting
Mechanical and structural design for what can actually be fabricated and erected in country. Shop detailing, repair and modification design, seismic and C5-M marine corrosivity allowances.
04Mine planning & technical studies
Scoping through to feasibility. Pit and dump sequencing, waste haulage profiles, productivity modelling and cost per bank cubic metre, with the assumptions written down and testable.
05Mechanical fleet & maintenance strategy
Fleet selection and match factor, dragline and shovel availability, component changeout planning, shutdown scope build and critical spares holding sized to real lead times.
06Carbon footprint reduction
Diesel burn per tonne moved, haul road and cycle optimisation, electrification and trolley assist assessment, scope 1 and 2 baselines reported in the same units your finance team uses.
